Terms and Conditions of Sale — DevCrux Systems LLC

These Terms apply to all consulting, development, and automation services ordered through devcrux.tech.

1. Services Offered

DevCrux Systems LLC provides enterprise-level IT services such as software engineering, cloud migration, DevOps integration, and cybersecurity audits.

2. Pricing

Rates depend on service level and project scope. All prices are shown in EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, or CAD, exclusive of taxes where applicable.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed via Stripe. Full payment is required before project initiation unless otherwise agreed in writing. No financial data is stored on company servers.

4. Delivery Schedule

Typical delivery ranges from 48 hours to 5 business days. Extended timelines for enterprise solutions will be communicated in advance.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 30 days except for discounted services. Refunds exclude transaction and currency-conversion fees. Requests must be emailed to support@devcrux.tech.

6. Client Cooperation

Clients must supply the necessary credentials and documents for service completion. Delays caused by incomplete information are not the company’s responsibility.

7. Warranty & Liability

DevCrux Systems LLC warrants diligent performance but not specific outcomes. Liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded.

8. Force-Majeure Events

Delays due to power failure, data-center outages, strikes, or force-majeure events shall not entitle clients to compensation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Kentucky.
